Sadie Rucker is a seasoned hairstylist with 13 years of experience, known for her expertise in straight razor cutting, fringe and shag styles, lived-in texture, blonding, and men’s grooming. Her work blends precision with an effortless, modern edge. Outside of the salon, Sadie has a deep love for vintage fashion and thrifting. She loves spending time at her family farm or traveling with her son.

Sadie Gourley began her career in 2018 and has built a reputation for creating effortless, beautiful hair that grows out seamlessly. She specializes in dimensional, lived-in color, beaded row extensions, and bridal styling - helping clients achieve hair that feels both elevated and natural.

Sadie is passionate about continuing education to stay on the cutting edge of industry trends and techniques. Her love for creativity goes beyond the salon, she enjoys anything artistic and can usually be found working on a DIY project in her free time. When she’s not behind the chair, Sadie is a mom of two and loves traveling and making memories with her family.

Madison has been behind the chair since 2023, completing an intensive year of assisting under Sadie G and Madelyn L before stepping into her role as a full-time stylist. She specializes in blonding and dimensional color, with a strong eye for detail that shows in every service. In addition to her work behind the chair, Madison serves as the salon manager, helping ensure a seamless and elevated experience for every guest. Outside of the salon, she enjoys attending concerts and going on road trips with friends.

Hi, I’m Madelyn! With 10+ years in the beauty industry, I specialize in dimensional color, blonding, and beaded row extensions designed to give you that effortless, lived-in luxury look. I also offer event and bridal hair + makeup to help you feel your absolute best on life’s biggest days. I’m a Kansas City based mom of four who loves great hair, online shopping, and planning my next trip. My goal? For you to leave my chair feeling confident, refreshed, and just a little bit obsessed with your hair.

Hi! My name is Carlie! I specialize in blonding and extensions, but also have a huge heart for dimensional color! I’ve been in the industry for 5 years, and love having the opportunity to make people feel beautiful. If I’m not in the salon, you can find me on a patio, exploring thrift shops, or trying out a new recipe! I’m a total foodie!

Licensed since 2014, Olivia blends her technical skills with artistic creativity to give everyone their own unique salon experience.  Whether you’re after a life-changing haircut, lived-in color, barber work, gray coverage, or your hair just needs a little TLC, she’s got you!

Hi, I’m Mallory! I specialize in blonding, lived-in color, and bridal & event styling. Outside of the salon, you can find me spending time with my family and two golden retrievers, Larry and Ralph. I’d love to have you in my chair!

Jennifer Hugo specializes in dimensional, lived-in color and high-impact blondes. She enjoys expanding her knowledge of blonding techniques through ongoing education. In her free time, she loves nothing more than spending quality time with her family, hunting for treasures at thrift stores, and capturing moments through film photography.

Liz provides color services, extensions, and spray tans. She specializes in NBR (natural beaded row) extensions, blonding, and reverse balayages. She also has a love for vivid colors! Liz has been doing beaded row extensions for about 6 years and has fallen in love with the process of the big before and afters. She enjoys building connections with clients during slightly longer appointments and seeing her clients build confidence.

Erika has been in the hair industry since 2014, specializing in lived-in blonding, thick hair, grey coverage and blending. She is always expanding her skills through educational classes. Outside of hair, she enjoys spending time with her family and finding new, trendy restaurants in KC.

Shaina has been in the hair industry since 2013. She loves bright blondes, lived-in color, and fun vivid colors. Outside of the salon you can find her at the dog park or at a fun new restaurant/bar. The best way to contact her is through text!

Assistant/Stylist

Noa is a passionate new stylist who recently graduated from Paul Mitchell The School and is excited to begin her career behind the chair. She is currently assisting Sadie G and Madelyn while continuing to refine her skills and gain hands-on experience in the salon.

Noa already has a love for creating beautiful blondes and is eager to keep learning, growing, and building her clientele. Her positive energy and dedication to the craft make her a wonderful addition to the team.
